I’m asked all the time, even by those in our market who have heard my name, but still aren’t quite sure of what I do…
“So what is it you DO, anyway?”
Well, today, I had a similar question, and I liked my own response to that question so much, I thought I’d post it here, in case anyone stumbling upon my blog has the same question…
QUESTION FOR ANDY:
Andy,
I might have missed it, but can you explain to me exactly what you do.
I mean are you a JV broker that books different webianrs and such?
Or do you have a direct relationship with one person?

MY RESPONSE:
Hey Keith,
I was John Reese’s affiliate manager for 5+ years until Oct ’09, where I learned my chops at the JV/affiliate side of things. Transitioned to doing coaching/consulting on JV/affiliate related stuff, created a product called “JV Attraction Formula” (not publicly available at the moment), and have worked as a JV broker for various launch or webinar opportunities.
What I’ve realized is that I *LOVE* helping connect people with high-converting webinars… and am, therefore, focusing the majority of my efforts in 2012 doing just that, but at a higher level, by also helping to support those joint ventures by doing scheduling of those webinars, providing swipe copy, etc.
In addition to that… I refer people to others who I feel may be good contacts for them, or who I believe could help them with whatever needs they have expressed to me… sometimes for a referral fee, sometimes not… but ALWAYS out of sincerity and wanting to make a difference for others… while having faith that it’s all going to come back to me in the long run, if not through immediate affiliate/referral commissions.
