Hi Dustin,

Thanks for contributing. I definitely have plans to do just that, and part of that includes interviewing others who have had that type of experience, as well. One thing I'll point out that may be obvious, but is very CRUCIAL, nonetheless, is that whoever is supporting the JVs/affiliates during a launch is as organized as possible, regardless of the method being used to do so.

Whether you use Excel, Google spreadsheets, or what have you, it's imperative that you know exactly who has agreed to promote, who you need to follow up with, etc... and then make sure you've dedicated a block of time when all you do is work on contacting your JV partners to follow up.

More to come.... :)

Hey Andy...

Jeff Walker just turned me on to your blog. I for one would like to see posts on JV management tips. Especially during product launches. There is a great deal behind the scenes stuff that happens behind the curtains of a launch that many people don't know about. If you don't want to share all the real juicy stuff...fell free to email them too me. ;0) LOL

Thanks....and way to get the blog rolling again.
